By registering you confirm that you are of legal age, that the information you provide is correct and that you will use the platform in accordance with the laws that apply where you are located.
Acceptance and scope
These terms govern access to and use of RavenBet. By creating an account, accessing the platform or using its services, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms together with the Privacy Policy.
The availability of products may vary depending on the territory, provider restrictions and applicable rules. It is the user’s responsibility to check that using the platform is allowed where they are located.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and of the legal age required where you live.
- You must register true, complete and up-to-date information.
- You may not use another person’s account or let third parties use yours.
- We may request additional information to verify identity, age, location or ownership of payment methods.
Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for reviewing the activity on your account. You must report any unauthorised access through RavenBet’s official channels and change your password immediately.
We may limit or suspend an account when there are reasonable signs of fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, breach of these terms or a risk to the security of the platform.
Games and providers
Games may be operated by third-party providers. Their rules, paytables and results are part of each product and should be reviewed before playing. A game may be temporarily withdrawn for maintenance or provider changes.
The technical and transaction records of RavenBet and of the provider will be used to review discrepancies, interrupted rounds or claims related to a game session.
Funds, bonuses and promotions
Deposits, bonuses and wagering requirements may be subject to limits, checks and additional conditions shown before confirming the operation or accepting the promotion. The rules and limits for withdrawals are in the Withdrawals section.
A promotion may have a validity period, eligible games, different contributions per category and release requirements. If a specific condition contradicts a general rule, the condition published for that promotion prevails.
- Welcome bonus: 100% of the first deposit credited through the platform's cryptocurrency gateway, up to USD 500. It is offered only while that gateway is enabled; loads made by an agent or by bank transfer do not receive it.
- Wagering requirement (rollover) of the welcome bonus: 35 times the bonus amount, counting bets on any game, within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Until it is met, the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn.
- If 30 days pass without meeting the requirement, the bonus expires and its amount is deducted from the balance (at most, whatever balance is left).
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are requested from the agent or cashier who manages your account, who deducts the amount from your balance and pays it to you. If you deposited in cryptocurrency, you can also request it from My profile → Withdraw, stating the cryptocurrency and your wallet address; an administrator reviews and approves every request, and only one cryptocurrency request can be pending at a time.
Limits are set in US dollars (USD) and applied as their equivalent in your wallet currency (Argentine peso, Paraguayan guaraní, Uruguayan peso, Peruvian sol or US dollar), using the exchange rate in force on the platform at the time of the withdrawal, which is the same rate it uses to value balances. Your agent sees your limits already converted to your currency, and you can also see them in My profile → Withdraw.
- Minimum per withdrawal: withdrawals paid by your agent or cashier have no minimum; in cryptocurrency the minimum is USD 20, because the network charges a fee on every transfer.
- Maximum per withdrawal: USD 5,000.
- Maximum per day, per player: USD 10,000. A day runs from 00:00 to 23:59, Argentina time (UTC−3).
- Maximum per calendar month, per player: USD 50,000, based on Argentina time (UTC−3).
- Paid and pending withdrawals count towards the daily and monthly maximums; rejected withdrawals do not.
- Payout time: up to 72 business hours from the request. Every withdrawal is reviewed by a person before it is paid.
- Identity verification: we may ask you for an identity document at any time before paying a withdrawal, and it is mandatory for withdrawals of USD 1,000 or more. To get verified, show your document to your agent; a RavenBet administrator then records the verification on your account. Until your identity is verified, those withdrawals are not paid.
- Fees: RavenBet does not charge a fee for withdrawals. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, the network fee is paid by the player and deducted from the amount sent.
- Large winnings: winnings above these limits are paid in instalments, over several withdrawals, within the per-withdrawal, daily and monthly maximums.
- Bonuses: the balance of an active bonus that has a wagering requirement (rollover) cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met. The welcome bonus has one; its conditions are in the “Funds, bonuses and promotions” section.
- A suspended account cannot withdraw while the suspension lasts. We may hold or reject a withdrawal while we review signs of fraud, use of third-party accounts or breach of these terms. If a request is rejected, the amount is returned to your balance.
Responsible gaming
RavenBet is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Do not play with money meant for essential needs or try to win back losses by increasing your risk.

Changes and validity
We may update these terms to reflect changes in products, security, providers or regulatory requirements. The version published on this page applies from the update date shown.
